Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ContextIQ. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ContextIQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Trango Compute Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Canada.
2. Description of Service
ContextIQ is a suite of browser-based tools for AI engineers to visualize, design, and export context architectures including memory layer diagrams, token cost analysis, and related tooling. We offer a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $5 USD/month.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5 USD via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are charged in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your account email.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing paid features you were charged for, contact us and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all diagrams, configurations, and content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By sharing a diagram via a public link, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to serve that content to link recipients. We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models. All rights in the Service itself — including the software, design, and trademarks — remain with Trango Compute Inc.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (c) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without our written consent; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (e) use the Service in any way that interferes with its normal operation.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid feature. "Coming soon" features listed on the site are not guaranteed and do not form part of any contractual obligation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRANGO COMPUTE INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
